Global onsite hardware service.

You can choose 2–4 years of onsite service from your hardware purchase date with AppleCare for Enterprise. If issues arise, you’ll get fast support—either onsite as soon as the next business day or at any Apple Authorized Service Provider. Support for End Users

AppleCare for Enterprise can help reduce the load on your internal help desk by providing unlimited technical support for your end users over the phone, 24/7. Apple will provide technical support for Apple hardware and operating systems; Apple apps such as Keynote, Pages, and Numbers; and personal accounts or settings.

Additional device repair or replacement.

In addition to onsite hardware coverage, you can repair up to 4 percent of your covered Mac computers or Apple‑branded displays, or up to 10 percent of your covered iPad or iPhone devices, for any reason, at no additional fee. In most cases, Apple can repair or replace the device as fast as one business day.

IT department support

AppleCare for Enterprise includes unlimited phone support for hardware and software troubleshooting, including help with Apple Business Manager and Apple School Manager. Each year, you also get one incident of advanced IT support for complex deployments like MDM or Active Directory. Additional IT support can be purchased with an AppleCare OS Support agreement. Flexible plans are available for both occasional and ongoing needs.
